The very best way to build a strong relationship with your website visitors and turn them into customers is to stay in contact with them. That is what an autoresponder does - it keeps in touch with your customers. You preload messages into the autoresponder and set time intervals between each message being sent out. As leads enter your autoresponder, the message series automatically starts. You don't have to do anything else! Very cool!
There are several autoresponders out there to choose from. We are offering 2 autoresponder programs for you to choose from:
1) Traffic Wave
2) Send Free
Both of these systems have good instructions to guide you on their sites, but we are also including our own step-by-step instructions for you to use to get set-up. There are some differences between Traffic Wave and Sendfree, so there are 2 sets of instructions from which to choose, determined by which autoresponder system you decide to use.
We recommend Traffic Wave for our members who are interested in establishing multiple streams of income. Traffic Wave is structured to fit with our model of joining programs together, creating downlines and spillover for each other, and it has a very generous commission plan! Sendfree is not structured in the same way and therefore while we offer it as a free tool (and it is a very effective tool), we do not incorporate it into our "money making programs".
Also, if you want to consider a different autoresponder company or already have an autoresponder you are comfortable using, that is fine too. We have prepared prewritten letter series for use in any autoresponder. They are found by scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page.

We already have several different sets of autoresponder messages for you to choose from based on which FIBMG programs you are promoting (Greenwiz, Cookin-Fun, Traffic Wave, 2Bucks2Join, or Money Masters Hit Machine). We even have some sets that are put together to help you promote certain combination programs. We will be continuing to add to these to provide for the different ways our programs can be combined. In the meantime, feel free to mix and match the messages from the different sets to create a set of messages for your autoresponder that will correspond to the programs you are promoting with us!
The message sets are found by scrolling down to the bottom of this page. To request one of more of the message sets, fill out
the corresponding form for the set(s) you want. You will receive a message to your email box that will contain messages. Writing message sets for use with an autoresponder can be a big challenge so take advantage of the work that's already been done and get those prewritten messages!
Below you will find instructions for the set-up of Traffic Wave and Send Free autoresponders. The instructions are very detailed and will help you set up either system with relative ease.
Traffic Wave Instructions
1. Join Traffic Wave (TW) and set up your affiliate status:
a. Once you confirm your membership, login to TW.
b. The first time you login, you will be given the option of being an
affiliate or a customer. Be sure to choose the affiliate option so
that you will be set up to earn commissions. Once you fill out
the form to be an affiliate, you will be directed to your back office.
c. Once in your back office, go to the "Affiliate Manager" register for
"Matrix Busters". (This allows your sponsor to pay your second 30
day membership fee for you as long as they are set up with "Matrix
Busters" too!
2. Set up your Traffic Wave (TW) autoresponder Campaign:
a. Click on "Campaign Manager" under the "Autoresponder" Heading
in your back office.
b. Click on "Create New Campaign".
c. You will go to a screen where you will need to give your campaign a
"Nickname" and if you want, a brief description.
d. Click on "Verify My Nickname" and then confirm it by moving on to
Step 2.
e. Now you will add in your "signature" tokens. We recommend only
completing the first three, which are required fields.
f. Once your tokens are filled in, click on "Move to Step 3" which is the "Can
Spam" Compliance Form.
g. Either check the box to use the address that you gave TW when you
registered of complete the form with your address. Then click "Move on
to Step 4".
h) The next page or Step 4, is creating the form that will be on your lead capture page. It is recommended that you keep this simple so that prospects are most likely to complete the form. The less intrusive the form, the more likely people will be to complete it. We recommend checking "name (single field), and "email address" only. Once your Finished, click on "move on the Step 5"
i) In Step 5, you will edit the confirmation email that your subscribers
will receive when they ask for information. How you edit this form is very important. This is an example of what you could say if you are promoting "Cookin-Fun":
"Thank you for requesting additional information from my website about
combining the love of cooking, recipes and food with a turn key business that can earn you a great monthly income! You just have one step to go before I can send the information. Please click the link below and I will send you the information you've requested immediately. Thank You."
Another example might be:
"Thank you for requesting additional information about our TEAM. As a reminder, we work together to help each other succeed with online marketing. We join affiliate programs as a big group, creating downlines
and spillover for each other which helps us all earn an income!
You just have one step to go before I can send the information you have asked for. Just click the link below and I will send you the information you've requested immediately. Thank You."
Do not add any outside link or email address to this page. You have to click a statement in a pink where you promise not to! Violating this rule can cause you to lose your TW membership! Once you've clicked that you understand that, you can click on "Finish"
3. Load in your autoresponder letters:
a. When you "finish" setting you your campaign, it's time to load your autoresponder letters. Click on "Great! Take me to the Letters Tab!"
b. Click on "Create New Letters"
c. Click on "Start with a Blank Letter" to use the FIBMG letter series.
d. Copy/paste the subject of the first letter into the subject line of the letter editor.
e. Copy and paste the first letter from the letter series into the TW letter editor. (make sure you have gone through each letter carefully, customizing it with your link(s) and personal information).
f. You can change the text font, size, use bold and highlight to further customize the letters or you can simply use the text messages "as is".
g. When you are finished with the letter, click "Save This Letter"
h. Fill in the # days Delay according to the letter templates (first letter will be the number "zero") and click the "Submit Delay Changes" button.
i. Repeat steps (b) through (h) above for each letter in the series.
4. Create Your Lead Capture Page:
a. Hover over the "Capture Pages/Forms" button.
b. A pull down menu will show - choose "Hosted Capture Pages"
c. Click on "Create Hosted Capture Page"
d. Click on "Choose a Template" to see the different templates you can choose from. Look them over and select the one you want to use. (You can Click on "Themes" pull down menu and choose a category to narrow
your choices of templates to choose from.)
e. Click on your choice of template which will enlarge the template and then click on "use the template" to choose it for your lead capture template.
f. You will be taken to a form where you will customize your template. Fill in the following required fields:
> Choose a nickname - this will not be seen by your list - it's for internal use
only
> Headline: This is essentially the Title - you could say something like: "Teamwork Like You've Never Seen Before", Or if promoting Cookin-Fun:
"Let's Cook Up Some Cash"
> Subheadline is optional but you might want to complete it. You could say something Like: "Need a Downline? We Can Help!" or "Let Me Show You How to Combine Your Love of Cooking with a Turnkey Business to
Earn Alot of Extra Cash!!"
> Fill out your message in the blocks for paragraph 1,2,3. Here is an
example of what you might say:
Paragraph 1: Are you tired of trying to earn money online by yourself without proper support? Our team is a group of people who have come together for the purpose of helping each other succeed.
Paragraph 2: We join select programs together, creating downlines and
spillover for each other! This is a great business building concept and it really works!
Paragraph 3: Join us FREE and get more information about us and what we're up to by completing the short form on this page:
> Complete the Signature: the Signature Name is required
> The Landing page URL is optional - add your Cookin-Fun Link here or your TW link here. You could even use another URL of any program you want them to see once they complete the form and hit submit.
> Click on "Create Your Capture Page" when you've filled in all the blanks (fields) on the form.
> You will go to a page called "HOSTED CAPTURE PAGES"
> To see how your page will really look, you can either copy paste the link (which is shown on the page or use the "test" link. Hover over the magnifying glass icon beside your test link on the right of the page and you should get a message that says "View the capture page in new window". Click the icon
and your page will open. If you like the look of it, you're done.
> If you want to change or modify your page, click "test" right beside the little pad/pencil icon in the upper left of the page and right under "Your Capture Pages hosted by trafficwave.net". That will take you back to the editor where you can make your edits, including choosing a different template. Once you've made desired changes, click on "Create Your Capture Page" to return to "HOSTED CAPTURE PAGES" and check you page again as you did above to make sure you are satisfied with the page.
Once you've created and edited your lead capture page, then you are ready to advertise it with safelists, traffic exchanges, and other marketing venues. Go to our "marketing with Safelist" section now to see a couple of sample
ads you can use to promote your page. You may also write your own ad.
Send Free Instructions:
1) Sign up. Go to Sendfree, click the "join" button on the left of the page and
follow the prompts to sign up.
2) They will send you an email to give you your login information. Go there
to retrieve the information and go back to log into Sendfree. You will be sent to the members area.
3) Click on "Add/Delete Autoresponder".
4) Click on "Add New Autoresponder".
5) Name your autoresponder using only letters, numbers and underscore. No other
characters may be used.
7) The from name and email should be populated for you but you may edit if needed.
8) Click NEXT.
9) You will be taken to a page labeled "Autoresponder Content". Scroll down until you see the text boxes for the subject line and text body. This is where you will enter
your first message. Once you enter desired content into the subject and message boxes, scroll down and click "NEXT". (To assist you, we have our autoresponder message series available for your use. Just fill out the form below and they will be emailed to you.)
10) A grey box labeled "Account Headquarters" will appear. Click on "Edit Messages".
11) Scroll down to the grey box that has a line showing Message "1" and below it you
will see "ADD". Click on "ADD".
12) You will be directed to text boxes for text boxes and subject line again. You will
also see a box to the right of the subject line box that says time frame. (Below the text box is a box for HTML messages. Our messages are text only messages so leave the
HTML boxes blank if you are using our messages)
13) Use message 2 from the message series below and copy and paste it into the boxes according to subject line and message boxes.
14) Set the time interval as we have recommended or adjust the interval to your choosing. An error will occur anytime you forget to set the time interval. There has to
be at least 1 day between the messages for the system to take the entry.
15) Click "Submit Information". You will go to "Reply Manager" which will instruct
to click ADD for a new message like in step 11 above and you would repeat the
process for each of the remaining messages.
16) You can also click on "TEST" beside any message you put in and place your name and email address in and go check your email to test it out and see the message in your
email box just like your customers will see it.
The Sendfree site has its own instructions in the Sendfree Help section. And
the system prompts you along as you go too. It's fairly easy once you catch on.
When all 12 messages are loaded, you will be ready for the next step in the process, which is creating your lead capture page. It is through the lead capture page that people will "opt in" to the information you provide through your autoresponder messages. If you are reading this, you probably responded to my lead capture

The instant someone opts-in to your autoresponder, your first prewritten message
goes out automatically and is followed by periodic follow-up emails without you
doing anything! So as leads enter your autoresponder, the autoresponder is
auto-sending your preloaded messages out to your customers while you go about
your daily business. Your prospect is given the option with each contact to "opt-out"
or cancel the email series. Since everyone has to "opt- in" and the option to opt-out is given with every contact, you are not committing SPAM and SendFree's records can defend you against any false claims.
When your Sendfree autoresponder is set-up with your edited messages, go back to the home page and go to the next step, which is to create your lead capture page. You're almost done so keep going! Once the lead capture page is done, you will be automated!
